Shelby County Grain Rescue Training – Fairland Volunteer Fire Department

July 22 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This training is open to all farmers and first responders. ICMC is donating rescue tubes and training sessions to six volunteer fire departments across the state.

 

During the training you will learn to:

  • Identify hazards with confined space work
  • Monitor air quality in a confined space
  • Perform the lock out/ tag out procedure
  • Perform a grain bin entry
  • Understand the proper rescue procedures for someone trapped in grain

by July 14th to learn about Grain Bin Rescue Safety.
