The Indiana Soybean Alliance (ISA) is seeking a Sustainability & Value Creation Project Manager to help lead the execution of innovative projects that create opportunities for Indiana farmers.
This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive project manager who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives, coordinating diverse stakeholders, and moving projects from concept to completion.
You’ll work alongside farmers, researchers, university partners, industry leaders, and national organizations to support sustainability, research, and value creation initiatives that strengthen Indiana agriculture.

Agricultural expertise is welcomed, but we are especially interested in candidates with strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and organizational leadership skills.
