As an Indiana Soybean Alliance Board Member and active advocate for sustainable agriculture, Jenna Scott brings passion and expertise to the Indiana farming community. Jenna manages Cox Farms, Inc., a diversified family farm in Gaston, Indiana, where she and her father grow soybeans, corn, and vegetable transplants. Cox Farms produces over 52 million transplants annually for Midwest growers and operates international locations in Mexico, Romania, and Hungary. Jenna’s leadership extends beyond her farm: she actively serves as chair of the Sustainability & Value Creation Committees, championing projects like high oleic soybean oil, which creates new market opportunities and keeps Indiana soybeans in demand.
During her time with ISA, Jenna has witnessed the impact of checkoff-funded initiatives like the U.S. Meat Export Federation’s Latin American Product Showcase, where ISA board members saw firsthand the importance of U.S. exports in regions like Colombia. She’s passionate about fostering connections that help bring Indiana farmers’ products to international markets and enhance the role of U.S. agriculture worldwide. Jenna, her husband Doug, and their two children live a life rooted in farming, sustainability, and community. Jenna enjoys gardening, kayaking, and camping with her family in her free time.
