Before starting McDaniel & Sons LLC, Andrew spent over a decade in the agriculture industry, holding various leadership roles at Bayer Crop Science and Monsanto. His positions included Production Lead and roles overseeing quality, compliance, and operations, giving him a strong background in managing large-scale agricultural systems.
Andrew’s professional journey reflects his commitment to advancing agriculture, from working on cutting-edge seed technologies to implementing best practices on his farm. In collaboration with organizations like DEKALB and Asgrow, he contributes to testing and promoting innovations in crop production.
