Mark Wenning is an Indiana Soybean Alliance (ISA) Board Member and experienced farmer from Cambridge City, Indiana, where he raises soybeans and corn alongside his father. A Purdue University graduate with a degree in agricultural economics and agricultural systems management, Mark has spent his life in agriculture, combining practical farming skills with his education to advance his family’s operation. In addition to farming, he and his father install drainage tile for their fields and other local farms, supporting land management and crop health across the community.

Since joining the ISA board, Mark has served on the Membership & Policy Committee and championed projects like the Glass Barn, an educational exhibit that introduces the public to modern agriculture practices. Mark is also deeply committed to his local community, volunteering as a 4-H Club leader and serving on his county Extension Board. With his wife, Jessica—a CPA who grew up on a dairy farm—the Wennings raise their four children, Noah, Molly, Joel, and Caleb, on the farm, sharing the values of rural life and community service. They contribute to agricultural education, including previously serving on the Indiana Farm Bureau Young Farmers & Ag Professionals State Committee.
