Request for Proposal Information
All emails for projects being asked for a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be sent by end of day April 3, 2025. You will submit your RFP at the link in your email.

- The current economic environment has impacted our ability to fund all the Request for Concept projects submitted. As a result, the board members of Indiana Soybean Alliance (ISA) and Indiana Corn Marketing Council (ICMC) had to be very selective in their funding decisions.
Subcontractor Reporting information:
- Receipt of report submissions will be confirmed via email and no cost extensions will be returned after signed.
- Report submissions will include completed form and any uploaded PDF attachments.
- You can review the form in its entirety before or after you begin completing it. There is a prompt to upload the attachment at the end of the reporting forms.
- On the third input screen you will have the option to complete now or complete later. If you select complete now, you must finish and submit form in one session. If you select complete later, you will receive an email link, complete at your convenience, and save progress along the way (and access link until ready to submit).
