Kevin Cox, a veteran farmer from Brazil, Indiana, joined the Indiana Corn Marketing Council Board of Directors in December. Farming since 1982, Cox grows soybeans and corn across Parke, Putnam, Vigo, and Clay counties. In addition to his farming operation, he owns TST Trucking, LLC, blending his agricultural expertise with business acumen. Cox is committed to advancing the profitability of Indiana soybean farmers. His leadership focuses on expanding international markets, promoting innovative products like high oleic soybeans, and investing in research to enhance the value of the state’s soybean crops. Kevin also raises and finishes cattle specifically for freezer beef.
Cox was an ISA Board Member from 2018-2024, representing District 3. He is also a past ISA Chair.
Cox is passionate about leveraging innovation and sustainability in agriculture. He supports research into new uses for soybeans, such as biodiesel, plastics, and food products, and encourages technology adoption to improve yields and profitability.
